Eden Hazard reveals he has made a decision over Chelsea future amid Real Madrid links

Chelsea forward Eden Hazard has been long linked with a move to La Liga side Real Madrid. The Belgian has confirmed he knows what his plans are for the summer, but has held his cards close to his chest over the details of his resolution. (via Mirror) "I know what I am going to do," Hazard told RMC, in a documentary which will air on Wednesday. "I have made a decision." Hazard has played 31 games overall this season with having scored 15 goals and provided 10 assists.
