Eddie Hearn hits back after Deontay Wilder accused him of 'milking' Anthony Joshua

Photo/Reuters Eddie Hearn has hit back at Deontay Wilder after the Bronze Bomber accused him of “milking” Anthony Joshua and forcing him into a rematch with Andy Ruiz Jr. 2012 Olympic Gold Medalist and former IBF, WBO, and IBO heavyweight boxing champion Joshua was knocked out in the seventh round at Madison Square Garden Saturday night by massive betting odds underdog Andy Ruiz Jr. Ruiz handed Joshua his first professional loss and shocked the boxing world with the upset. A rematch is now likely to take place in October or November later this year, where Joshua will get the chance to win his belts back. Wilder claimed Joshua is 'mentally broken' after the fight and that Hearn is 'milking' the British boxer. "Hearn has manipulated people from the get-go," the American told talkSPORT on Wednesday.  "I told Hearn "you are milking him" and everything I said has come true to this point." Hearn hit back on Thursday morning, claiming Wilder owes his own success to Joshua’s profile. "Wilder's spent his whole career using Joshua's name to build his own profile and he's still doing it," Hearn told talkSPORT. "Wilder should have a picture of Anthony Joshua up in his lounge that he walks past every day and says "thank you very much for making me very wealthy".  There's no pressure on Wilder... I'm in New York and no one knows who he is."
