Draymond Green has revealed one interesting goal he has for next season – dunking on LeBron James.
The Golden State Warriors star has had a colorful relationship with James over the years. The two have battled on the biggest stage countless time, often being matched up to defend one another given their similar front-court roles.
In a
recent interview with Bleacher Report’s AMA, Green was asked about who he most wanted to posterize. He didn’t hesitate to namedrop the Lakers frontman right away.
"If you could dunk on one NBA player, who would you choose?"
“LeBron. I would absolutely hang the poster in my house. I got a shot blocked by him in the play-in game and all I could think of was trying to dunk on him.”
Green infamously stopped one of the biggest what-if dunks in NBA history during their 2016 Finals loss to James’ Lakers. Instead of letting LeBron put the exclamation point on the title, the Warriors defender sent him to the deck.
