Dele Alli sends pointed message amid rumours he has been left out of Tottenham squad again

Dele Alli has posted a message on Twitter reminiscing about better times amid speculation he will once again be left out of Tottenham's latest squad. Spurs will play against Burnely today and they look set to do so without Alli. According to The Athletic, the midfielder did not travel north with the team on Sunday. He is not believed to be injured, and it appears he has once again simply been snubbed by manager Jose Mourinho for performance reasons. On Sunday evening the official Tottenham account posted a video of Alli scoring a penalty in the same fixture last season, a goal which was his 50th in the Premier League. Alli shared the video to his account along with the caption: "Good times."
