Dejan Lovren has congratulated his former Liverpool teammate Philippe Coutinho on winning the Champions League with Bayern Munich, while also had a playful dig on the Brazilian.
Coutinho has struggled with Barcelona since making a "dream transfer" to Barcelona in 2018, which led to his loan move to Bayern Munich. The last night he lifted the Champions league trophy with Germany champions, after beating PSG 1 - 0, with the 28-year-old coming off the bench as a substitute for Serge Gnabry in the 68th minute of the game.
And former Reds man has received congratulations from his ex-teammates, including Jamie Carragher, Alberto Moreno, Luis Garcia and Dominic Solanke and Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson.
Lovren also joined the well-wishers, commenting on Coutinho's
Instagram post, writing:
“Congratulations brate (slang for brother). Finally.”
