<a href="https://www.manutd.com/en/news/detail/juan-mata-agrees-new-one-year-contract-at-man-utd-until-june-2022">Manchester United</a> announced today that Juan Mata signed a contract extension until June 2022. Mata has been with the Red Devils since 2014.

During 2020/2021 he made overall 18 appearances in which he scored three goals and provided three assists.
