David Alaba has set conditions for Chelsea transfer as Marina Granovskaia sent updates

David Alaba has made his requirements clear to interested clubs such as Chelsea, ahead of a potential move this summer, according to Eurosport. A deal to sign Alaba will 'not come cheap' for Chelsea despite the Austrian defender being available on a free next summer. The versatile defender is out of contract at Bayern Munich after this season and he is said to be keen to leave after spending 11 of the last 12 years at the Bundesliga club. The Austria international is one of Bayern's biggest earners and he is not about to take a pay cut. Chelsea would need to pay a big wage, a sizable signing on fee and significant agent fee to land Alaba this summer. Though, it's still something Blues director Granovskaia will be considering carefully given Alaba's pedigree, the defender winning nine Bundesliga titles and two Champions League titles among many other honours.
