Daniel James identifies tactical reason for Manchester United improvement

Manchester United winger Daniel James thinks the club's high press was the key reason of the team's improvement recently. The Red Devils have won just three of their opening 12 games, but managed to win five times from the last six. The club's game rose a lot with the return of Anthony Martial after his two-month absence due to a muscle injury. The Frenchman has contributed in the club's successful games and James believes the correspondence between Martial and Marcus Rashford is developing. He told: "The gaffer at the start of the season... it was about moulding us as a team. As the weeks have gone by, the interplay... We played at Norwich and played at Chelsea, that interplay, creating chances going forward. That high press obviously is a big thing for us. Winning the ball high up and going on the counter and that's how we got our goals [against Brighton]." United are going to face Sheffield United for their next Premier League clash and James has called on his teammates to keep their good form for the next matches of the season. "Getting those three points going into the international break is massive. We have a lot of games when we get back, Several cups and obviously the Premier League but we've just got to take every game in our stride and believe we can win every game because we've got the ability to do so," he added.
