Cristiano Ronaldo has sent a message after officially joining Manchester United. The Red Devils have announced the Portuguese star's contract details, writing: “Manchester United is delighted to confirm the signing of Cristiano Ronaldo on a two-year contract with the option to extend for a further year”. Ronaldo, meanwhile, has shared his thoughts as he is set to get reunited with his former side. “Manchester United is a club that has always had a special place in my heart. I cannot wait to play at Old Trafford in front of a full stadium and see all the fans again. I'm looking forward to it and I hope we have a very successful season ahead,” he said (via Sports journalist Fabrizio Romano).
