The 23-year-old was named in the La Liga team of the season due to his performances. Now Chelsea fans are getting excited after a tweet from 2012 emerged, which read from the defender's account: "Vamoss Chelsea eso es!!!"

    That translates to: "Come on Chelsea that's it!" On that night, the Blues beat Barcelona 1-0 at the Nou Camp thanks to a penalty from Didier Drogba in the first leg.
