Christian Eriksen’s Real Madrid transfer could be OFF: Spanish and Italian press arguing

Tottenham star Christian Eriksen has been a hot topic of discussions lately, regarding his possible departure from Spurs. Spanish El Desmarque and Italian Tuttosport have come up with contradictory articles about the 27-year-old’s transfer. El Desmarque wrote that Real Madrid plan to sell Casemiro and do not prefer chasing Eriksen’s transfer as he is not in a good form and Florentino Perez has “stopped trying to sign him”. However, Tuttosport reports that Juventus are interested in signing Isco in January and the Spanish giants are considering Spurs midfielder as a replacement.  They will “launch a final offensive” to sign Eriksen from Tottenham. Eriksen's contract with Tottenham expires next summer and reportedly, Daniel Levy would prefer to sell him in January than let go for free. The Denmark international joined Spurs in 2013 from Ajax for €13.5 million. Source-SportWitness
