As it has been reported earlier, Bayern Munich have tabled a fourth bid worth £35m for the Chelsea youngster Callum Hudson-Odoi.
According to
Goal, The Blues will report Bayern Munich to FIFA, if they find evidence that the Bundesliga champions have been 'tapping up' Callum Hudson-Odoi.
'Tapping up' in football describes the illegal practice of clubs bending the rules to sign a player, which includes contacting the player, family or their representatives without the permission of the club holding their registration.
The youngster's contract is set to expire in 2020.
