Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich sets Frank Lampard transfer budget for Kai Havertz and more

Chelsea boss Frank Lampard will reportedly still have plenty of money left to spend, even if he completes a deal for Kai Havertz. Chelsea have already signed Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner. There will be plenty more changes to come with Lampard keen to add a left-back, centre-back and new goalkeeper to his ranks. According to ESPN, Lampard will be handed a budget of £120million to bolster his ranks this summer. Marina Granovskaia is already in talks with Bayer Leverkusen as she looks to conclude ad deal for Havertz. The German international has already informed his club that he wishes to move to Stamford Bridge. Lampard has already spoken to the player to outline his plans for him in west London. Chelsea value Havertz at around £73m but Leverkusen want £90m to sanction his exit. The two clubs are expected to meet somewhere in the middle. Source: Express
