Chelsea must reportedly spent more than £130million if they are to sign Kai Havertz and Ben Chilwell this summer. Leverkusen missed out on the Champions League places after finishing fifth in the Bundesliga so they may find it hard to convince Havertz to stay at the club. Chelsea are weighing up a move for the versatile midfielder. But they also want Leicester full-back Ben Chilwell is thought to be Lampard's top target but the Foxes will not let the 23-year-old leave on the cheap. The Athletic claim the west Londoners will have spent around £130million to land the duo. A move for Havertz and Chilwell then they may have an issue trying to sign West Ham's Declan Rice.
