Chelsea have identified their No.1 replacement for Maurizio Sarri

Chelsea have identified Zinedine Zidane as their No. 1 target ro replace under-fire manager Maurizio Sarri. Chelsea suffered their heaviest defeat since 1991 as they lost to Manchester City 6-0 on Sunday. Now the former Napoli boss is quickly losing the support of the board and reports claim that Chelsea have started to search for a new manager and the most suitable candidate is former Real Madrid Zinedine Zidane, who has made brilliant managerial career with Los Blancos having won three Champions League titles. He opted to step down as Real Madrid manager at the end of last season and Chelsea believe the appointment could force the 28-year-old to reevaluate his future. Following the result, Chelsea are now sixth in the Premier League, a point behind Manchester United in fourth place. The club’s next fixture is against Malmo in the Europa League on Thursday.
