Chelsea handed hue boost as Lille plan to rest big stars for clash

Chelsea handed huge boost in their pursuit for Champions League progress as their latest group stage rival Lille are planning to rest a number of their big stars for their clash against the Blues. According to Daily Mail, the fact, that they have picked up just one point in the group stage after five matches and are already out of the competition, means they are likely to leave their big players out of the game. Lille will face a big rival Montpellier on Friday night in Ligue 1. Chelsea will be through to the Champions League last-16 stage if they win, or if they draw and Valencia loses. The game will take place on Tuesday, December 10. Source- Daily Mail
