Chelsea boss Frank Lampard tipped to demand Marina Granovskaia sanction two more transfers

Frank Lampard is still unhappy in two particular positions in his Chelsea squad. He will look to Marina Granovskaia to push through two more transfers in the summer window. Chelsea earned Champions League football for next season after beating Wolves 2-0 in the final game of the season. Lampard still has an opportunity to finish the campaign with some silverware this weekend in the FA Cup final against Arsenal. But Lampard will want to complete his business in the transfer window sooner rather than later. The Blues have already signed both Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech. A deal for Kai Havertz looks increasingly likely as well with reports suggesting Chelsea aren't far away from Bayer Leverkusen's valuation. However, it's defensively this past season where Chelsea have struggled the most. Michael Owen also believes the Chelsea boss is keen to bring in a new left-back, with the likes of Ben Chilwell and Nicolas Tagliafico being linked with a move to Stamford Bridge "I think to be specific, he'll look at a goalkeeper and a left-back as well," he said on Premier League Productions. "They're two positions Frank isn't too happy about at the moment. But they've got some exciting players. Pulisic has just come into form and it does take certain players a lot of time. "There's a lot to be excited about and of course the two signings already are very exciting. Watch this space over the summer but it's exciting times for Chelsea fans." Source: Express
