Canelo Alvarez makes Golovkin trilogy admission ahead of Rocky Fielding Fight

Canelo Alvarez, the former undisputed middleweight champion, faces British Rocky  Fielding, the WBA world super-middleweight champion, at Madison Square Garden on Saturday night. Ahead of the fight, Alvarez has opened up on the prospect of a trilogy fight with Gennady “GGG” Golovkin. “No, we have not had any talks or approaches,” he told ESPN “They are rumours. Me personally, I have not had talks or talked about it. I like to respect what I have in front of me, I have a great challenge on December 15. And once I get past it, I'll take a vacation and then we'll see what's on the table for May. At this time it's only rumours.”
