Godin was one of the best defenders while playing for Diego Simeone’s Atletico Madrid. He has been prolific during his time in Spain and is still capable of making a defensive impact. For a club like Tottenham, a former Villarreal star could be a good option, considering the fact that the North London side has conceded 40 goals this season.
