Brendan Rodgers breaks silence on Manchester United job speculation

Brendan Rodgers has spoken out on speculations linking him with a managerial job at Manchester United. United have had a difficult start to the season. The Red Devils suffered a 4-2 defeat to Leicester City after which they suffered a 5-0 defeat to Liverpool and played a 2-2 draw with Atalanta in the Champions League in recent weeks. And due to bad results, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's future at United has been put under pressure. And amid the speculations, Rodgers said: "Firstly, it’s really disrespectful for you to ask the question when there is a manager in place at the club. "Secondly, I can’t comment on it because it’s not real. I’m proud to be here at Leicester City. "The only thing I’m thinking about is [facing] Chelsea and getting ready for that. "It’s frustrating for supporters and my players, but from a personal perspective, it’s something that it’s in the modern game, but something I have no focus on whatsoever."   source - MEN / Join us on Telegram!/ Follow us on Twitter!
