Breaking: Tottenham provide injury update on Eric Dier

Tottenham star Eric Dier will miss the matches of his team until the New Year as he will undergo surgery to remove his appendix. Official Statement says:  "The England international midfielder was diagnosed with appendicitis after contacting our medical staff due to acute Abdominal pain.
