Jamie Carragher picked out defender Trent Alexander-Arnold as a star man during Liverpool’s win in the Champions League on Tuesday night. The Reds achieved a 2-0 victory at Anfield against Danish side FC Midtjylland in the Champions League group stages. Jurgen Klopp’s side managed just two shots on target and one was a decisive opening goal in the 55th minute. Carragher was majorly impressed with England international Alexander-Arnold for his performance on the Champions Leagues stage. "Another assist for Trent Alexander-Arnold who has been Liverpool’s best player by a mile so far," Carragher tweeted. Alexander-Arnold’s individual start to the season has looked a bit slow by his phenomenal standard, but he looked on it in midweek and that should give him a lot more confidence going forward.
