Bayern Munich could cut short on Callum Hudson-Odoi links after he ruptured Achilles in Chelsea’s draw with Burnley

Callum Hudson-Odoi could be set for a lengthy spell on the sidelines through injury following Chelsea's 2-2 draw with Burnley. The 18-year-old appeared to pick up an injury when controlling a pass just before the 40-minute mark. He attempted to play on but continued to limp, and it was quickly replaced. Hudson-Odoi confirmed after the game he will now miss the rest of the season. "Really gutted to end my season with a ruptured Achilles, got to work hard and try and come back stronger for next season!!!" The Bundesliga giants bid for the teenager in the January transfer window and were expected to return to try and sign him the summer. However, the Achilles tendon injury could force them change their plans on the winger as it will require long to return to action.
