Barcelona offer Philippe Coutinho to Manchester United: Solskjaer responded

Barcelona have reportedly offered Philippe Coutinho to Manchester United. However, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer doesn't want to sign him. Bayern Munich have already confirmed they won’t be signing the Brazil international permanently. Barcelona signed Coutinho from Liverpool in January 2018. However, he failed to impress. According to ESPN, United have been offered the chance to sign the 27-year-old ahead of the summer transfer window. But Solskjaer has already reportedly decided that he doesn’t want to sign the player. United have been in the market for a playmaker but it appears that Bruno Fernandes has solved their problems.
