"As if Levy would pay": Tottenham fans react as club reportedly eye £96m World Cup winner

Tottenham fans have been reacting as the club are reportedly interested in signing Barcelona attacker Ousmane Dembele. According to 90min, Premier League is the most likely destination for the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner. Manchester City and Newcastle United have also targeted the player amid Spurs' interest. Tottenham are eager to sign a new attacker. However, when it comes to finances, a number of fans aren't sure that Daniel Levy will go for the French star.
