Arsenal to re-open talks for signing Sevilla player

Arsenal are set to re-open talks with La Liga side Sevilla over the potential signing of Ever Banega. The Gunners wanted to sign him in January transfer window but were short of funds and now they plan to explore the possibility of signing the Argentina international this summer. Banega played under Emery at Valencia and Sevilla in the past and it won’t be a surprise to see him moving to Arsenal from La Liga as the Spanish coach is a big fan of the player. The pair won the Europa League together twice at Sevilla before Emery left the club for Paris-Saint Germain. The deal depends on the fee that will be required for the player.
