Arsenal midfielder close to MLS switch with transfer talks continuing

Gedion Zelalem could be on his way out of Arsenal. The midfielder has been playing for Arsenal for six years but now talks are continuing between Arsenal and MLS outfit Sporting Kansas City over a permanent deal for the 22-year-old. MLS season has only just got underway across the Atlantic. And a transfer could be possible for player although transfer window is closed in Europa. Arsenal took up an option on his contract, which meant his deal was extended to 2018 during his recovery but problems saw him return date pushed further back on several occasions. But the midfielder's exit is inevitable and it could be that he now leaves without seeing out the remainder of the deal.
