Arsenal in advanced talks to sign "magic" player in January

Arsenal are currently in advanced talks to sign Isco from Real Madrid, according to the Telegraph. Mikel Arteta's side are keen to add more creativity to their side in the January transfer window, and Isco has now become one of their top targets. With finances tight at the Emirates Stadium, the Gunners are eyeing up an opportunity to bring the Spaniard in on loan. It's reported that Gunners are far from the only interested club, but they may have an advantage as Real Madrid do not want to strengthen a Spanish rival. The playmaker, who was once hailed as ‘magic’ by Mauricio Pochettino (Marca), has been out of sorts for a considerable amount of time now, but if Arsenal could restore him to his best then he would be a wonderful addition.
