Arsenal are considering a swoop deal for Shakhtar Donetsk forward Manor Solomon for the January transfer window.
The 21-year-old has recently sparkled with his side and caught the eye of a number of clubs, including Manchester City and Leeds United. Gunners, meanwhile, have been linked with the move for the attacker in the summer as well, while now with current technical director Edu, keep their interest in the Israeli international.
Donetsk have already turned down an offer of 20m€ from Atalanta, which means Arsenal would need to offer a proper fee in order to see the deal materialized.
It is suggested that the Gunners could secure the transfer this month, with Sead Kolasinac loaned to Schalke 04 for the remainder of the season and Mesut Ozil close to leaving for Fenerbache.
A source close to Manor Solomon: “We prefer to move in the summer but if a club like Arsenal come in for you in January, you don’t say no. Edu likes the boy.” [@GoonerFanzine ]
