Andy Ruiz left fans terrified as he nearly knocked out his trainer during an intense session. The Mexican is aiming to defend the IBF, WBA, IBO and WBO heavyweight titles won in New York five months ago in his rematch with Anthony Joshua in Saudi Arabia. footage has emerged of the 30-year-old leaving his trainer non-plussed in sparring. In the clip, he is working on power as the coach holds up a small punching pad. Ruiz starts off with some light taps on the left hand. But he suddenly launches into a powerful swinging punch with the same glove. The Mexican then ducks as the punchbag comes over his head before sending two more big hits in.
