The former Manchester City midfielder is set to sign a new contract and many Arsenal fans started to commit his future with Arsenal. Reports suggest that Toure has just completed a medical in London and is going to sign for a new club despite the Premier League transfer window being shut. His agent Dimitry Seluk took to Twitter to confirm he will indeed be playing for a new side next season, posting: "Yaya has passed a medical in London. Yaya is close to signing a new contract." Arsenal supporters seem to be excited though it’s still unknown where exactly Toure will go. One supporter wrote: "Yaya Toure coming to Arsenal! Get in," while another added: "I'll take Yaya Toure at Arsenal. Bags of experience and can help with [Granit] Xhaka's development." Another one said: “If Yaya Toure signs for Arsenal I'll be first in line to buy a jersey with his name on the back." While a fourth added: "Yaya Toure to Arsenal? He'll shine!"
