Yannick Carrasco’s agent issues update on player's transfer amid Arsenal links

Yannick Carasco could be set to seal a return to Europa in the coming weeks. Last February the Belgian international decided to leave Atletico Madrid to seal a shock transfer to Chinese Super League side Dalian Yifang. However, now it seems that the winger is ready to return to Europe. AC Milan have been heavily linked with making a move for the 25-year-old, while Arsenal and Manchester United are also believed to be interested in the player. Gunners are said to have made initial contract with Carasco and he has given his approval to the move, according to Sky Sport Italia. However, Milan will take heart from comments from Carrasco’s agent, Christophe Henrotay who commented on the player’s possible transfer to Europa by saying. "It’s useless to keep secrets in football, and it’s true there was interest from Napoli," he told Radio Marte (via Football Italia ) in September. "In the end he chose China though. I’m convinced that sooner or later he’ll play in Italy, because Serie A is destined to grow. "I’m not basing that affirmation on hope alone, I have concrete reasons to believe Carrasco will play in Italy in the future."
