World Cup 2018: England boss injured his shoulder: 'Gareth Southgate went running with Sergio Ramos?'

England manager Gareth Southgate has injured his shoulder during the most important period for both him and his country. He has dislocated his right shoulder while out running with more circumstances still remaining unknown. While the England players and staff were given the day off - with many travelling to St Petersburg to sightsee and meet up with their families - Southgate, 47, went for a 10k run near the squad’s base in Repino on the Gulf of Finland. Following that day he appeared with an injured shoulder which has become the most bizarre injury in World Cup history. Many supporters even  started joking on this topic in the social media. https://twitter.com/HammerCorsa/status/1009510830210256897 https://twitter.com/Kev1Lfc/status/1009510122173947907 https://twitter.com/JohnBrewin_/status/1009499937799884802 https://twitter.com/paddypower/status/1009499977155072000
