Manchester City celebrated their first trophy of the season after victory over Chelsea, meanwhile, cameras caught an exchange between City boss Pep Guardiola and Willian.
The pair were in conversation and Willian was seen laughing with the Spaniard.
Chelsea fans weren’t particularly happy with the Brazilian joking around seconds after his side had just lost in the cup final.
One fan even replied to his Instagram post calling him out by saying: “You didn’t look sad after the loss when you were having a laugh with Guardiola.”
And Willian felt the need to reply.
He wrote back saying: “I just tried to be polite with him, as I try to be with all who talk to me.”
