Reports in France claim that Arsenal target William Saliba has chosen to join the Gunners after he rejected an approach from Tottenham.
The Spurs submitted an improved bid to Saint-Etienne and offered better contract terms to the defender.
However, Saliba has opted to join Arsenal.
According to Peuple-Vert, Arsenal will pay an initial €33m (£29.8m) fee plus a further €7m (£6.3m) in add-ons to sign a five-year contract with William Saliba.
Saliba is regarded as one of the most highly rated young defenders in France and could be a good addition to Unai Emery’s squad.
