Who Scored have created their best XI of Premier League's new signings. Despite the fact, that all Premier League clubs have signed new players ahead of the new season, only six clubs have their participants in the best XI. Aston Villa have signed Matty Cash, Ollie Watkins, Emiliano Martinez, Bertrand Traore and Ross Barkley during the summer transfer window. Who Scored added three of those players to his best XI: Cash, Watkins, Martinez. Chelsea have enjoyed a busy summer transfer window. Timo Werner, Thiago Silva and Timo Werner were regarded as best new signings. Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg of Tottenham, Wesley Fofana of Leicester City and Ademola Lookman of Fulham were also included in the best XI. Everton, on the other hand, had three participants- James Rodriguez and Allan.
