Chelsea played a 1-1 draw with Everton on Thursday night.
After a goalless first-half, Mason Mount opened the scoring in the 70th minute. However, just four minutes later Jarrad Branthwaite equalised the score for Everton.
Chelsea dropped points once again in the Premier League, which comes as a blow to their title-winning chances.
But after the game Mount, who ntted the opener, showed his class, going to the fans at Stamford Bridge and clapping them in thanks for their support.
As highlighted by fans on social media, the 22-year-old was the only player to do a full lap of the pitch after the draw and clap the fans.
Chelsea fans battled through the cold - and rising Covid numbers - to be in attendance, and would have been hoping for a better result than a 1-1 draw against a bottom-half Premier League team that has won just one game in their last 10 games before yesterday.
