Chelsea have been heavily linked with a move for Leicester City centre-back Wesley Fofana.
The Frenchman has caught the eye with his impressive performances for the Foxes and has been linked with a move away from the club in 2022.
According to
Foot Mercato, the Blues have earmarked Fofana as a potential replacement for Antonio Rudiger.
If a move for Fofana comes to fruition or not, Chelsea will be interested to hear what the centre-back said during a discussion on
Twitter Spaces on Wednesday night.
“I have been a Marseille fan since I was born,” Fofana said when speaking of dream moves.
“Marseille, it is a dream. We don't know what is waiting for us in football.
"There is Marseille, Real Madrid, Barcelona. In the Premier League, Chelsea, Man United, Man City… but you have to work to achieve your dreams. Through work, you can succeed in it all.”
Fofana joined Leicester on a five-year contract from Saint-Etienne for £36.5million in September last year.
