What if Premier League games ended after 45 minutes: Tottenham to be the leader, Manchester United in relegation zone

Amazon Prime Video Sport has posted a photo of a Premier League table, based on what would happen if the matches have ended after 45 minutes, and the result is shocking. Currently, Tottenham lead the English top flight, having the same 24 points as Liverpool who's second. Chelsea, Leicester City and Southampton are in the 3rd, 4th and 5th positions, respectively. Manchester United are 7th currently, however, in the Amazon Premier League table they would have been in the relegation zone. Here is the alternative Premier League table, made by Amazon:
