What Harry Kane did before England's win over Germany

England kit man Pat Frost has revealed the crucial role Harry Kane played in the dressing room ahead of their win against Germany Tuesday evening. In the round of 16 of the Euro 2020 England welcomed Germany at Wembley, and progressed into the quarter-finals thanks to Raheem Sterling and Kane’s goals. And Frost, who was previously the kit man of West Bromwich Albion before joining Gareth Southgate’s set-up in 2018 (The Athletic) tweeted that he was left with goosebumps after Kane gave a 30-second speech to his England team-mates prior to taking to the field at Wembley which left him convinced that they would win the match.

So before we leave the dressing room for KO we have a massive huddle…..the skipper spoke for about 30seconds and it was goosebumps…..that’s when I knew we couldn’t lose tonight
