Chelsea are still unbeaten under Thomas Tuchel, as they picked up another three points on Thursday night by beating Liverpool.
Mason Mount’s strike in the 42nd minute handed the Blues important win and also the fourth place in the Premier League standings.
The Reds’ boss Jurgen Klopp seemed to be not delighted with Mohamed Salah’s tracking back as he subbed him just after the hour into the game.
Ben Chilwell had his mark in Klopp’s decision to take the Egyptian off, as he also made Liverpool boss quite angry.
Just moments before the substitution was made, Klopp was seen screaming at Salah to track back as Chilwell and Chelsea went forward, as spotted by journalist Matt Critchley.
That perceived lack of effort led to Klopp turning to his assistant Pep Lijnders, with the substitution coming shortly afterwards.
Salah not happy at being taken off. Shaking his head as walked to bench. But 5 mins ago Klopp was screaming at him to track back & help out defensively, he was a long way off. Bit of a half hearted jog. Klopp turned to Ljinders almost straight away & they discussed replacing him
