According to The Athletic, the Italian's main condition is to spread togetherness in the group. One of those conditions is also to make sure the team eat together at lunch. As per The Athletic, Nuno had wanted his side to stay together at lunch time, but if it wasn’t possible there were no consequences to eating alone.
