"We’ve lost already"- Many Tottenham fans react to Southampton clash decision

Tottenham fans are less than impressed to see that referee Mike Dean will take charge of their trip to Southampton on New Year’s Day. Mike Dean has taken charge of 15 games in the Premier League so far this season; handing out 68 yellow cards and two reds. Many Spurs fans are concerned that Dean will favour Southampton, perhaps not forgiving the referee for his performance in Spurs’ 1-0 defeat by Newcastle earlier in the season, which was the only Spurs match he has refereed so far this season.
