West Ham's Vladimir Coufal likely to miss Liverpool match due to injury

West Ham defender Vladimir Coufal is likely to miss the Premier League clash against Liverpool at the weekend. The Czech international is yet to start a game for Hammers after picking up an injury before the international break. The 29-year-old has played the last eight minutes in the club's Carabao Cup win over Manchester City in the midweek. Ahead of the Liverpool match, sports journalist Thomas Clark has provided an update on Coufal's fitness, claiming the player is "not fully fit".

Expect Coufal to get some minutes midweek then massive call v Liverpool. Going forward will be rotating. Against Liverpool still going Johnson as he is on form / Coufal not fully fit
