'West Ham confirmed to me' - Journalist reveals he's been 'told' about massive boost for David Moyes

West Ham have ‘confirmed’ to journalist Tom Clark that they never received a bid for Declan Rice and value him at a minimum of £100million. Rice has been on many teams’ wishlists for some time now and the midfielder’s impressive performances for his club has seen his value increase. According to football.london journalist Tom Clark, Chelsea and Manchester City will have to offer more than £100million to start negotiations with the Hammers, with the England international having 3 years remaining on his current contract. Clark stated on his Twitter.
