Werner, Ziyech, Gabriel: How Chelsea's line-up could look in 2020/21 season

Chelsea broke the news on Thursday as all reliable sources announced, that RB Leipzig’s Timo Werner has reportedly agreed to make a move to Stamford Bridge on a permanent transfer. The Germany international striker has a £49.4m release clause which expires on Monday, June 15. Chelsea have offered a £200,000-a-week contract to Werner, who also interested Liverpool and Manchester United, according to Sky Sports. Moreover, Frank Lampard's side has already signed Hakim Ziyech from Ajax. The Morocco international forward is set to join his new team-mates soon, after a £33million deal for the player was agreed back in February. However, Chelsea fans still waiting for the club to announce the signing of new defenders and why not, a goalkeeper, considering the latest poor form of Kepa Arrizabalaga. Although, they are expected not only signings but also departures and besides Willian, Pedro and Willy Caballero, whose deal's at the club expire at the end of the season; Jorginho could also face an exit door.  Juventus are in the race to sign Jorginho and they are ready to offer Miralem Pjanic in a swap deal for the Brazilian-born midfielder. But the signing of Leicester City defender Ben Chilwell is in principle for the club and their supporters. Moreover, they want the player pair up with another new-signing - Gabriel Magalhaes of Lille and the Blues keen on a £30 million summer deal. And the latest signing expected to take place in Chelsea is the arrival of Ajax goalkeeper Andre Onana.
