Saudi businessman Hasan Nagoor who is a well-connected Chelsea fan seems to confirm Maurizio Sarri’s exit.
Nagoor, who owns a box at Stamford Bridge and set up the official supporters' club in Saudi Arabia, is often pictured with players at the Stadium.
He posted “Thank You Sarri” on his official Instagram account.
Chelsea coach Maurizio Sarri is on the verge of signing a contract with Juventus and he is currently waiting for the Italian side to agree on a £5m deal with the Blues. Sarri has taken charge of 19 clubs in total and has yet to stay more than three seasons at any of them.
The Sun journalist Andrew Dillon claims Jose Mourinho is ready for a third spell in charge of Chelsea. Frank Lampard, Erik ten Hag and Massimiliano Allegri are among the names on Chelsea’s managerial shortlist to replace Sarri, according to the Express.
In addition to those four, Wolves manager Nuno Espirito Santo, Watford boss Javi Garcia and England assistant Steve Holland are all in the frame.
