Rico Lewis has remarked that his playing style is "very similar" to that of his England teammate, Trent Alexander-Arnold.
In an interview with Mirror journalist John Cross, the Manchester City right-back explained the reasons behind the comparison, emphasizing his ability to closely observe Alexander-Arnold's performance after receiving his first senior England call-up.
The 25-year-old, highly praised by Gary Neville as "special" via Sky Sports, is widely recognized as one of the top full-backs globally. Like the young player from Bury, Alexander-Arnold is renowned for his versatility, excelling in both right-back and midfield roles.

“We are very similar being full-backs and leaning a little bit more towards midfield, especially with England. And he is somebody I can take a lot of information from.”
