Wayne Rooney’s £20million mansion is close to completion although the landscaping is yet to be completed. The six-bedroom, 40-acre mansion includes a TV room, snooker room, bar, wine store, cinema, gym, spa bath, swimming pool, plunge pool, and steam room. The new "Wayne’s World" will even boast an underground tunnel to his enormous garage for six cars. The main entrance and reception halls, kitchen, dining room, family room, study and library are on the ground floor. Plans showed the Georgian-style home will have stables for 15 horses, plus a hay store and tack room.
