Watford stance on Ismaila Sarr to Manchester United transfer before EFL deadline

Watford are open to selling Ismaila Sarr to Manchester United before the transfer window closes for the EFL clubs. The transfer window is already closed for Premier League clubs, however, for EFL clubs the window is open until October 16. United have shown an interest in two EFL side players one being Ismaila Sarr and second Bournemouth's David Brooks.
